Hi my name is Joseph Weiler, and I am a Motion Graphics Designer and Rotoscope Artist with a knack for bringing projects from storyboard to post-production. With years of experience working with major clients, I thrive in Cinema 4D and the Adobe Creative Suite, crafting engaging content that meets client objectives. With my comprehensive background in motion graphics, video editing, and a keen eye for detail I aim to bring information, and stories, to life through compelling visual design.
In my past, I have worked in corporate videography being responsible for filming and editing, including audio as well as video, for many notable clients such as Microsoft, UltiPro, and AutoDesk. I have also studied visual art at a higher education level which combined with my videography background ultimately led me to motion graphics. Between my time working as a videographer and now I have also spent time working in a fast paced environment that has allowed me to hone my multitasking, organizational, and teamwork skills.
After studying both Film Production and Visual Art at Seattle University I found that creative thinking is what drives me every day. I discovered a love for design during my studies of videography and found motion graphics as a combination of the two disciplines I found myself torn between. I later enrolled in the motion graphics program at Austin Community College to hone in my skill set in After Effects and expand my repitoire into 3D motion graphics through the use of Cinema 4D. Today I enjoy crafting compelling visual elements that can portray information in a captivating way.
